Job Title: RCC & Finishing Engineer

Experience Required

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in RCC and finishing works.
- Experience in RCC Structure and finishing works of high-rise residential projects preferred.

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute RCC works including shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and curing activities.
- Monitor finishing works such as masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, painting, and external finishes.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and site teams.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
- Monitor manpower, materials,



and equipment utilization.
- Resolve site-related technical issues and ensure timely project completion.
- Verify measurements and quantities for billing and project documentation.

Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Civil Engineering.

Skills Required

- Robust knowledge of RCC and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Knowledge of quality control and safety standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
- Good communication and team management skills.
