Job Summary

We are looking for disciplined, motivated, and result-oriented Retired Defence Personnel to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will leverage their leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills to generate sales, manage client interactions, and contribute to the company's business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify prospective customers through networking, referrals, and field activities.
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a seamless buying experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Coordinate with channel partners and internal departments for smooth transaction processing.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.




- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and project developments.

Qualifications & Experience

- Retired personnel from the Indian Army, Navy, Air Force, Paramilitary Forces, or other Defence Services.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, administration, or operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fresh retirees with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Graduate in any discipline.

Required Skills

- Strong discipline, integrity, and professional conduct.
- Customer-focused approach with good negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Pay: ₹8,355.56 - ₹59,597.00 per month
