We sell through our website, marketplaces, and quick commerce platforms, and are looking for an experienced accountant who understands the accounting workflow of an e-commerce-driven company.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accountant with strong expertise in Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory to manage accounting operations, inventory reconciliation, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and managing Zoho systems efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Zoho Books.
- Handle sales, purchases, expenses, journals, and bank transactions.
- Manage inventory records through Zoho Inventory.
- Reconcile stock movement, purchase orders, sales orders, and warehouse inventory.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and inventory reconciliations.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory reports.
- Generate MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet, and inventory reports.




- Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock records.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts and inventory data.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Accounting and Bookkeeping.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, stock reconciliation, and warehouse operations.
- Experience in managing Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Bills, Invoices, and Credit Notes in Zoho.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in inventory valuation and stock movement tracking.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Ability to generate MIS reports and financial statements.
- Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Trading, or Distribution industries will be an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
