- Promote and sell the company’s agricultural products in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Visit farmers, dealers, distributors, retailers, agricultural shops, and other potential customers regularly.
- Identify and appoint new dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing customers and business partners.
- Generate new sales enquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Conduct farmer meetings, product demonstrations, field visits, promotional campaigns, and awareness programmes.
- Explain product features, applications, benefits, dosage, and usage instructions to customers.
- Collect orders and coordinate with the dispatch and logistics teams for timely delivery.
- Follow up with customers and dealers for outstanding payments and ensure timely collection.
- Monitor dealer stock, product movement, and market demand.
- Maintain accurate records of daily visits, sales orders, collections, customer enquiries, and market activities.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly,



and monthly sales reports to the reporting manager.
- Study market trends, crop patterns, seasonal demand, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Provide market feedback regarding customer requirements, product performance, pricing, and competitor products.
- Support the company in launching new products and entering new markets.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate with the concerned department for resolution.
- Participate in agricultural exhibitions, trade fairs, farmer gatherings, and promotional events.
- Ensure that all sales and marketing activities are carried out according to company policies.
- Perform any other sales or marketing responsibilities assigned by management.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
