- Develop and implement Inspection Test Plans (ITP) and Method Statements, conduct internal audits, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and local standards.
- Inspect site activities (structural, finishing) and materials, monitor workmanship, and ensure proper storage of materials.
- Coordinate laboratory tests for soil, concrete, and aggregates, and conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with drawings.
- Maintain, check, and archive quality records, test reports, and checklists.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2-6 years in construction quality control (varies by role seniority).
- Knowledge of IS codes, construction techniques (concrete, steel), and interpretation of technical drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CAD software is often preferred.
