Job Responsibilities : • Provide remote desktop support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. • Assist clients with software installations, configurations, and updates. • Monitor and maintain client systems to ensure optimal performance. • Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex technical problems. • Document and track support requests, ensuring timely resolution. • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Skill Requirements

Proficient In Microsoft Vdi Solutions And Rdsh With A Strong Understanding Of Related Technologies.
2. Familiarity With Touch Services And Video/Telepresence Tools.
3. Basic Knowledge Of Software Development Principles And Best Practices.
4. Solid Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Address Client Issues Effectively.
