- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance performance and reliability.
- Document technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.
- Solid understanding of payroll processing and related business processes within SAP HCM.
- Experience in customizing and configuring SAP HCM Payroll modules to meet client requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll calculations and integrations.
- Familiarity with SAP development tools and environments to implement enhancements and fixes.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
