Site Supervisor – Operations & Maintenance (STP & ETP)

We are looking for experienced candidates to oversee the Operation and Maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP).

Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring the operation of treatment plants.

2. Standardization of operational process and implementation of standards

on the ground

3.MS Office, mail communication follow-ups

4. MIS Report preparation

5.Preventive maintenance

6. Troubleshooting operational issues

7. Ensuring the proper maintenance activities as per the schedule

8. Representing the company to clients – addressing client concerns

and driving activities as per client expectations.

9. Daily report update in digital log book.

10. Informed decision-making in operations.

11.



Daily communication with the client team for the smooth operation of the plant.

12. Assessment of spares and consumables requirement and submitting the same to the client at regular intervals.

13. Admin-related works such as attendance preparation, invoice submission,

daily report sending to clients, etc.

Qualifications

Diploma / Any Graduate or Equivalent.

2+ years of experience in the water treatment field

Solid communication, management, and supervisory skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
