We are looking for an ambitious and results-oriented Business Development professional to play a key role in expanding our presence across Kerala.

Position Summary

The Business Development Manager / Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating recent business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, identifying projects, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving profitable sales growth.

This is a field-oriented role requiring frequent travel across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities across Kerala.
- Build long-term relationships with builders, architects, consultants, contractors, industries, hospitals, hotels, educational institutions, and government organizations.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and site visits.




- Identify upcoming construction projects and generate qualified sales leads.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales.
- Achieve monthly Gross Profit (GP) targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Installation, and Service teams.
- Follow up on customer payments and maintain excellent client relationships.
- Represent ALFAFUJI professionally at all customer interactions.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
- Experience in the Elevator Industry is highly preferred.
- Candidates from HVAC, MEP, Building Materials, Construction Products, Industrial Equipment, or Capital Equipment Sales with strong B2B business development experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
