Job Description for Marketing Executive (South – Tamil Nadu, Kerala & Pondicherry) Job Title: Marketing Executive Location: Chennai (Resident representative – the company does not have an office in South) Department: Sales & Marketing Reports to: Head-Sales & Marketing Supervises: Back-Office assistant at Pune Job Summary: The Marketing Executive (South – Tamil Nadu, Kerala & Pondicherry) is responsible for business growth in Tamil Nadu, Kerala & Pondicherry across all segments of usage of Plastic Film Capacitors. The role demands active engagement with customers for enhancement of existing and current business development. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement region-specific marketing plans aligned with overall company strategy. • Develop new markets and enhance existing business in segments of Railways, EV, Renewable Energy (Wind, Solar), power electronics, motor drives, appliances, energy meter, EMS, fans / fan regulators / BLDC etc. • Meet the region wise sales target of the company. • Drive growth through distributors and direct OEMs. • Give region feedback on price strategy. • Responsible for timely collection of receivables.



• Visit / participate in marketing events / exhibitions etc. • Share inputs with R&D; on new product introductions, customization based on market needs and customer specific requirements. • Provide market feedback for product development, innovation and continuous improvement. Page 1 of 2 Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering. • Experience: 3-4 years in sales / marketing roles within the electronic components industry (manufacturer / distributor), whose customer base is of segments in Railways, Automotive, Renewable Energy (Wind, Solar), Appliances, Power Electronics, Energy meters, UPS/Inverters etc. Skills & Competencies: • Strong understanding of people and situations. • Good communication and negotiation skills. • Strong sense of customer orientation. • Good proficiency in English and basic computer skills.

Pay: ₹9,946.60 - ₹33,723.69 per month
