We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong technical architecture capabilities, expertise in Angular and .NET, hands-on experience in Flutter for mobile app development, and a solid understanding of UI/UX principles. The ideal candidate will not only build applications but also own the technical architecture — making key decisions on technology stack, scalability, security, and system design across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Development

- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Angular (frontend) and .NET Core/C# (backend)
- Develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and Web Services
- Translate UI/UX designs (Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch) into functional, responsive code across web and mobile
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code

Architecture & Technical Leadership

- Define and own the overall technical architecture for projects — including technology stack selection, system design, and integration patterns across Angular, .NET, and Flutter
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing system architectures (monolith vs. microservices, cloud-native design, API gateways, etc.)
- Establish coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices across teams
- Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve system performance and development efficiency




- Conduct architecture and design reviews for ongoing projects
- Own non-functional requirements — performance, scalability, security, and reliability — at the system/product level
- Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and design specifications
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Guide technology decisions related to cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices

Collaboration & Mentorship

- Mentor junior and mid-level developers on coding practices, design patterns, and architecture principles
- Work closely with QA teams to ensure architecture supports testability and quality
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to technical estimation
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development, with demonstrated experience in system/technical architecture
- Strong proficiency in Angular (8+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Strong proficiency in .NET Core/.NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API




- Hands-on experience building and shipping mobile apps using Flutter/Dart
- Good understanding of UI/UX design principles, responsive design, and design tools (Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch)
- Strong understanding of software architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven, layered/clean architecture)
- Experience designing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services
- Experience with Entity Framework/LINQ and relational databases (SQL Server/MySQL/PostgreSQL)
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) — architecture, deployment, and scaling
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and branching strategies
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills — ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead technical discussions and mentor a team

Valuable to Have

- Prior experience in a formal Technical Architect or Solution Architect role
- Experience publishing apps to Google Play Store/Apple App Store
- Knowledge of security best practices (OWASP, data encryption, authentication/authorization protocols)
- Exposure to unit testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma, xUnit, NUnit, Flutter Test)
- Experience with API gateway tools, message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ), or event-driven architecture
- Relevant certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc.)

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
