We are hiring for Brand Executive — Concierge (Clinic) for our client.

Job Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

Experience Range: 2 to 5 years

Working Days: 6 Days

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Customer Experience

- Greet and assist walk-in customers, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
- Guide pet parents through available services, treatment plans, pricing, and bookings
- Coordinate appointments between customers and the clinic team for smooth service delivery
- Support walk-in conversions and drive clinic-level engagement targets
- Ensure seamless onboarding of new customers into the system
- Build trust-based relationships through empathetic and transparent communication

Customer Follow-Up & Feedback

- Conduct post-visit follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction




- Collect feedback and share insights with relevant teams for service improvement
- Flag recurring concerns or service gaps proactively

What We're Looking For

- Strong communicator who genuinely enjoys interacting with people
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive
- Comfortable with basic tools such as Excel and CRM systems
- Prior experience in customer service, healthcare, or hospitality is a plus

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
