Job description:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible BPO Backend Assistant who can handle tasks efficiently with a 360-degree work approach. The ideal candidate must have strong logical thinking, the ability to take initiative, and lead tasks independently. A minimum of 3 years' experience in backend or BPO operations is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage backend operations such as data processing, record keeping, and reporting
- Perform with robust logical and problem-solving ability
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in day-to-day tasks
- Work with a 360-degree view — handle tasks beyond job title when needed
- Take ownership of responsibilities and complete tasks without reminders
- Lead junior team members and assist in their task management
- Ensure timely delivery and adherence to internal SOPs
- Identify and implement process improvements

Required Skills:

- Excellent logical thinking and decision-making ability
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability




- Ability to handle multitasking and prioritize under pressure
- Good communication (written & verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and digital tools
- Team leadership and task delegation experience is a plus

Qualifications:

- Any graduate (Computer Science)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in backend/BPO operations
- Leadership experience or exposure to cross-functional tasks preferred

Having a laptop and a two-wheeler is mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates residing nearby.
