Roles & Responsibilities

- · Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware using Embedded C/C++ for ARM Cortex-M based microcontrollers.
- · Perform custom PCB bring-up, hardware validation, and board-level debugging for current embedded products.
- · Develop and integrate low-level peripheral drivers including GPIO, UART, SPI, I2C, ADC, DAC, PWM, Timer, DMA, RTC, USB, CAN, and SDIO.
- · Design firmware architecture for real-time embedded systems using Bare-metal and RTOS environments.
- · Develop BLE applications using Nordic nRF Connect SDK (Zephyr RTOS), including GATT services, advertising, scanning, and secure connections.
- · Interface and integrate various sensors, microphones (PDM/I2S), displays, memory devices, motor drivers, and communication modules.
- · Optimize firmware for performance, memory utilization, power consumption, and system reliability.
- · Debug hardware and firmware issues using Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer, J-Link, ST-Link, UART logs, and GDB.
- · Develop bootloader and application firmware supporting firmware upgrade and flash memory management.
- · Work closely with hardware, mechanical, QA, and application teams to resolve design issues and ensure successful product delivery.
- · Perform code reviews, unit testing, hardware validation, and root cause analysis for complex embedded issues.
- · Prepare firmware documentation, interface specifications, test reports,



and technical design documents.
- · Participate in complete product development lifecycle including requirement analysis, design, implementation, verification, validation, and production support.
- · Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on embedded firmware development and debugging.
- · Support customer issue analysis, field debugging, and firmware enhancements for released products.

Team Leadership & Project Management

- Lead and manage a team of embedded firmware engineers.
- Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Mentor, coach, and technically guide junior and mid-level engineers.
- Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and technical discussions.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹99,000.00 per month
