Job Title: Lead Consultant – OTM Technical Consultant

Location: All Major Cities (India)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and Global Trade Management (GTM) modules.

- Manage client interactions, gather business requirements, and deliver customized OTM/GTM solutions.

- Design and implement integrations with ERP systems like EBS, JDE, and SAP.

- Oversee system upgrades, performance improvements, and project documentation.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 7–12 years of hands-on experience in OTM & GTM implementations with robust techno-functional expertise.

- Proficient in PL/SQL, BI Publisher, XML, and SQL for configuration and report development.

- Strong understanding of OTM modules such as Order Management, Shipment Management, and Rate Management.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and client management skills.

- Proven ability to lead projects independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
