Job Title: Telecaller

Job Description:

Kserve BPO Pvt. Ltd. is currently hiring Telecallers for multiple processes, including Customer Service, Lead Generation, Sales, and Collections. We are looking for motivated and confident candidates with good communication skills who are willing to grow with our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound or outbound calls professionally

Assist customers with queries and provide accurate information

Generate leads and follow up with potential customers (for lead generation/sales processes)

Meet daily and monthly targets as per the assigned process

Maintain proper call records and customer details

Ensure customer satisfaction and follow company guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

Good communication skills in required languages ( English , Hindi )

Basic computer knowledge

Prior experience in BPO (freshers can also apply)

Salary : Up to ₹25,000 CTC
