Job Description – Liaisoning Executive

Job Summary

The Liaisoning Executive will be responsible for coordinating with government authorities, clients, consultants, and external agencies to obtain statutory approvals, licenses, permits, and ensure compliance for smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with government departments and statutory authorities for approvals and clearances.
- Obtain and renew licenses, permits, registrations, and statutory documents.
- Prepare and submit required documentation to regulatory authorities.
- Follow up on pending approvals and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet project compliance requirements.
- Maintain records of approvals, licenses, and correspondence.
- Build and maintain good relationships with government officials and external stakeholders.




- Submit regular status reports on approvals and compliance activities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience

- 3 years of experience in liaisoning, administration, or statutory compliance.
- .

- Knowledge of statutory approvals and government procedures.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Solid documentation and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
