Job Description

Job Title: Accountant

Work Location: Adajan, Surat, Gujarat
Work Type: Full-Time | In-Office
Experience Required: 2 to 5+ Years
Working Days: Monday to Saturday ( 5.5 days)
Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant who can independently manage daily accounting operations, compliance activities, reconciliations, and financial coordination. The ideal candidate should possess robust accounting knowledge, practical compliance experience, and excellent follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting entries and payment processing
- Handle salary processing, vendor payments, and expense claims
- Prepare client billing, payment follow-ups, and ledger reconciliation
- Manage GST, TDS, PF,



ESIC, PT, and other statutory compliance filings
- Coordinate with CA, CS, auditors, banks, and vendors
- Maintain financial records and prepare management reports
- Support internal audits, statutory audits, and ROC compliance activities
- Ensure proper documentation and accounting accuracy

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ Strong knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
✔ Practical experience in GST, TDS, PF, ESIC & Professional Tax (PT)
✔ Excellent reconciliation and accounting skills
✔ Valuable communication and coordination abilities
✔ Strong follow-up and documentation skills
✔ Honest, professional, and detail-oriented approach
✔ Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly
