Roles & Responsibilities

 Counsel prospective students and parents regarding available programs and career

outcomes.

 Guide students in identifying their interests, skills, and career goals.

 Support admissions by converting leads through effective counseling and follow-ups.

 Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions to provide clarity on course selection.

 Coordinate with academic and placement teams to ensure student career success.

 Organize workshops, seminars, and career guidance sessions.

 Maintain accurate student counseling records and provide regular updates to

management.

 Handle student queries and resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism.

 Stay updated with industry trends to provide relevant career advice.

Skills Required





 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to counsel students and motivate them towards achieving their goals.

 Good knowledge of the education/training sector and career opportunities.

 Solid presentation and persuasion skills.

 Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualification

 Graduate / postgraduate in any discipline.

 MBA or equivalent qualification preferred

Experience

 2 – 5 years of experience in student counseling, career guidance, or education sector

roles.

Pay: ₹11,963.39 - ₹35,000.00 per month
