As part of our expansion to Technopark Phase I, Thiruvananthapuram, we are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented professionals who are eager to build a long-term career in Data Operations.

Position: Process Associate – Data Operations

This is a non-technical, back-office operations role. You will work with operational data, business records, digital platforms, and client processes to ensure information is accurate, up to date, and delivered on time.

Key ResponsibilitiesData Operations

- Review, update, and maintain operational data across internal systems.
- Perform data validation, verification, and quality checks.
- Ensure business-critical information is complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Process and organize large datasets while maintaining high accuracy.

Process Execution

- Follow established workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).




- Complete assigned tasks within defined turnaround times.
- Maintain consistency and quality across daily operations.

Quality Assurance

- Identify data inconsistencies and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform routine quality audits to ensure high standards.
- Escalate complex issues whenever necessary.

Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain operational records and process documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Track completed work and maintain audit logs.

Team Collaboration

- Work closely with Operations, Quality, and Team Leads.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Support team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.

Continuous Improvement

- Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Learn new client processes and adapt to evolving business requirements.

Candidates from Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Commerce, Management, or other disciplines are welcome if they are interested in building a career in Data Operations rather than software development.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Comfortable working with web-based applications

Programming or software development experience is not required.
