Job Title: Service Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Engineer with a Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support of machines at customer sites, ensuring high uptime and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

· Install, commission, and configure instrumentation equipment at customer locations.

· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machines.

· Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and system-level faults.

· Provide timely breakdown support and ensure minimal downtime.

· Conduct performance testing and calibration of equipment.

· Maintain detailed service reports, maintenance records, and documentation.

· Coordinate with internal technical teams for complex technical issues.

· Provide user training to customers on proper machine operation and maintenance.

· Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.





· Support spare parts management and inventory tracking when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering, or related field.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in servicing medical equipment or instrumentation machines.

· Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, electronic components, control systems, and troubleshooting techniques.

· Technical knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and basic electronics.

· Experience in handling diagnostic tools and testing instruments.

· Ability to work independently and travel to client sites as required.

· Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise technicians, coordinate service activities, and ensure timely completion of projects.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
