Job description:

- Well organized and attention to detail work processing and computer skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time quickly and accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal skills required to work closely and effectively with doctors, clinic staff and understanding patient needs.
- Ability to remain personable and empathetic with the patient’s needs and concerns.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from patients. Listen attentively.
- Regular follow ups on patient calling and maintaining relevant reports
- Strong communication skills required to effectively explain laser vision correction, help patients to realize their lifestyle goals, and guide them through a decision-making process.




- Maintain all types of reports/data as per organisation requirements .
- coordination with TPA and panel department
- preparing surgery list after cross verifying all the surgery related documents and discussion with the surgeon one day prior to the surgery
- Explain the tariff of the concerned procedure /investigation with clarity to the patient in detail

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (Preferred)
