We are looking for an experienced Business Studies Teacher with 2–5 years of teaching experience to teach Grades 11 & 12 as per the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate should possess excellent subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to make business concepts practical, engaging, and easy to understand.

Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Business Studies to students of Grades 11 & 12 following the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and study materials.
- Deliver engaging and concept-based classroom sessions using practical business examples.
- Prepare students for CBSE board examinations through systematic revision and exam-oriented teaching.
- Conduct regular class tests, assessments, and evaluate student performance.
- Guide students in projects, presentations, case studies, and business-related activities.
- Conduct remedial classes and provide additional academic support whenever required.
- Ensure timely completion of the syllabus and maintain academic records.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, academic planning, school events, and co-curricular activities.
- Collaborate with the academic team to enhance teaching quality and student outcomes.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com), Business Studies, or a related field.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- 2–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school.




- Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and board examination pattern.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain business concepts using real-world examples.
- Candidates must be available to join immediately.

- Experience in preparing students for CBSE Class 12 Board Examinations.
- Ability to prepare question papers, worksheets, and assessment materials.
- Proficiency in Smart Classroom teaching, MS Office, and digital learning platforms.
