- Assist in managing social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and customer enquiries received through social media.
- Prepare and schedule social media posts in accordance with the company's content calendar.
- Respond to general interactions professionally and escalate sales or customer service enquiries to the appropriate team.
- Engage with followers, customers, industry pages and relevant online communities.
- Help grow social media audience and improve engagement rates.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all platforms.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
