Role Summary

Digital Balika is seeking enthusiastic women students to join our Digital Balika Ambassador Program. As a Digital Balika Ambassador, you will represent our community within your college or university and help connect more women with opportunities to learn AI, technology, and digital skills.

This volunteer role is ideal for students who are passionate about leadership, community building, and women's empowerment. Ambassadors will support community growth by promoting Digital Balika's initiatives, encouraging participation in events, and helping create an inclusive learning environment.

Success in this role means actively engaging with your campus community, supporting Digital Balika events and campaigns, and helping more women discover valuable learning opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Represent Digital Balika within your college or university.
- Share information about Digital Balika's workshops, events, and learning opportunities.
- Encourage women students to join and participate in the Digital Balika community.
- Promote community activities through your campus network and social media.
- Gather feedback from students to help improve community programmes.
- Participate in online meetings and collaborate with the Digital Balika volunteer team.
- Contribute ideas that support community engagement and growth.

Qualifications





- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate programme at a recognised college or university in India.
- This volunteer opportunity is intended for women students, in line with Digital Balika's mission of supporting women in technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in technology, AI, education, leadership, or community building.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cooperative team.
- Willingness to contribute approximately 2–4 hours per week.
- Previous volunteering, leadership, or campus involvement is welcome but not required.
