Quality Systems Executive – Food Production

About the Role

We are looking for a Quality Systems Executive to own SOP creation and QMS documentation, and manage quality control and ERP data recording for our production operations. This role suits someone who has authored or revised SOPs themselves, not only followed them.

Key Responsibilities

Documentation & Compliance

- Create, update, and maintain SOPs and documentation for GMP, HACCP, and other regulatory/compliance requirements
- Support internal and external audits with accurate, up-to-date records

Quality Control & Inspection

- Conduct quality checks on incoming raw materials as per defined specifications
- Inspect and test finished goods before dispatch to ensure compliance with quality standards

ERP & Data Management

- Record and maintain data in the ERP system for all incoming raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished goods
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of stock and quality-related entries

Cross-Functional Coordination





- Liaise between the production floor and management to identify and drive process improvement initiatives
- Communicate quality issues and corrective actions across teams

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Technology, Microbiology, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in QA/QC and documentation, preferably in food, pet food, or FMCG manufacturing
- Prior experience authoring or revising SOPs, not only following them
- Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and FSSAI regulations
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Candidates with HACCP/FSSAI/ISO 22000 certifications will be preferred
