Sales & Marketing Executive – Cizzara Studios

Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate recent business opportunities through calls, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
- Identify potential clients and pitch Cizzara Studios' services effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to convert leads into business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Manage social media inquiries and convert them into potential business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.




- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and networking activities when required.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive approach.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a similar role.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
