Short Job Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Labour Laws).
- Manage attendance, payroll inputs, compensation, and employee advantages.
- Coordinate training, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
- Support plant administration, HR documentation, MOMs, and office communications.
- Resolve employee relations issues and ensure fair HR practices.
