Quickly Events is an AI-powered event ticketing and management platform. We're hiring a Telecaller – Sales to reach out to event organizers, associations, colleges, and corporates, and convert inquiries into hosted events on our platform.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads from website inquiries, referrals, and campaigns
- Pitch platform features (ticketing, registration, attendee management, analytics) to event organizers
- Qualify leads and schedule demos/onboarding calls for the sales team
- Follow up with prospective organizers to drive sign-ups
- Explain pricing and partner programs (venue/affiliate) when relevant
- Update call outcomes and lead status in CRM daily
- Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
- Handle basic pricing and feature objections confidently
Requirements
- Fluent in Hindi, Marathi, and English
- Confident phone communication and convincing ability
- Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools)
- Target-oriented mindset
- 0–3 years experience in telesales, inside sales, or BPO (freshers welcome)
- Graduate preferred; interest in events/exhibitions industry is a plus
