Key Responsibilities.

* Supervise daily fabrication, erection, and installation activities.

* Read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, and BOQs.

* Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment at site.

* Monitor work progress and ensure project timelines are met.

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures.

* Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for workers.

* Inspect fabrication and installation quality as per project requirements.

* Prepare daily progress reports and manpower reports.

* Verify measurements and quantities for billing purposes.

* Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance to workers.

* Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.

* Monitor welding, cutting, grinding, and erection activities.

* Maintain site documentation, permits, and inspection records.

Required Skills.

* Knowledge of structural fabrication and installation.

* Ability to read fabrication and structural drawings.

* Understanding of welding processes and quality standards.





* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Good communication and coordination abilities.

* Familiarity with safety standards and PPE requirements.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and reporting.

Qualifications

* Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Fabrication, or related field (preferred).

* 1-3 years of experience in fabrication and installation supervision.

* Experience in structural steel, industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects.

* Project Manager / Site Manager

* Project completion within schedule.

* Accurate reporting and documentation.

Position: Fabrication & Installation Site Supervisor

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
