About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Zone Manager to lead operations across multiple therapy centres. The ideal candidate will drive business performance, oversee centre operations, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure exceptional service delivery while achieving revenue and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end operations across multiple centres within the assigned zone.
- Drive revenue growth, admissions, retention, and overall business performance.




- Lead and mentor Centre Managers, HR, and Business Development teams.
- Monitor operational KPIs, customer satisfaction, and centre performance.
- Conduct regular centre visits to ensure operational excellence and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support expansion and business growth.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and healthcare quality standards.

Eligibility:

- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Management qualification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of operations or P&L; management experience, including 2+ years managing multiple locations.
- Experience in healthcare, hospitals, diagnostics, education, retail, or hospitality preferred.
- Strong leadership, people management, and business operations experience.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned zone.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
