We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and passionate Reels Creator & Video Editor who understands social media trends and can create engaging short-form content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.

Reels Creator & Video Editor

Job Type : Full-Time / Internship

Location : Ahmedabad (Work From Office)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Create engaging and viral Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media videos
- Edit raw footage into high-retention short-form content
- Add captions, transitions, effects, trending audio, and motion graphics
- Research trending reels, viral formats, hooks, and social media trends
- Shoot behind-the-scenes, office culture, marketing, and brand content
- Repurpose long-form videos into short-form social media content
- Collaborate with the marketing and design team for content strategy
- Maintain brand identity and visual consistency across all videos
- Deliver content on time according to posting schedules
- Create thumbnail ideas, hooks, and engaging opening sequences
- Use AI tools and editing tools to improve content quality and speed

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts trends
- Basic to advanced video editing skills
- Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement
- Knowledge of tools like:
- CapCut
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- Canva
- VN / Filmora (optional)
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Understanding of viral hooks, transitions, subtitles, and effects
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in social media content creation
- Portfolio/sample reels required
- Knowledge of AI tools for video/content creation is a plus
- Basic photography/videography knowledge preferred
