We Are Currently Hiring for Team Leader-Business Development for a Renowned Company.

Team Size- 7-8 minimum (Including the DSRs working under)

Experience- Minimum 2 Years in Field Sales & At least 2 Years of Team Handling experience.

Age- Up to 38 Years

Education- Graduate (minimum)

Location- Guwahati HQ

Salary- 20,000 to 38,000 Take Home

Preferred Background- Have done Field Sales & Team Handling in FMCG & OTC sectors. B2B E-Commerce like Udaan, Ajio, Nykaa Experience in same sectors preferred.

Purpose of the Role – responsible for B2B/ Retail (Medical Shops) Business Development.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Need to meet all Retailers and Chemist Stores and other cities as per planned roster Tentative per day.
- Team Handling Role.
- Meet buyers (Medical retailers), sell the idea of B2B e-Commerce, where pricing is transparent with assured delivery without compromising on quality (same day or next day delivery).
- Generate orders from Retailers and meet assigned targets.




- Work with the team leader, together as a team to help solve the issues for the buyers.
- Maintain positive relationship with buyers and always keep customer satisfaction at premium level.
- Should own a vehicle (2-wheeler) and should possess a valid Driving license.

Pay: Up to ₹36,000.00 per month
