Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development, customization, integrations, and deployment activities. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements while ensuring high-quality delivery and platform best practices. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, functional consultants, and integration teams.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce technical solutions.
Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.
Design and implement custom objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, flows, and process automation.
Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
Participate in application design, development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
Troubleshoot platform issues and provide timely resolution.
Work closely with functional teams to understand business processes and recommend technical solutions.
Support data migration,



data cleansing, and data transformation activities.
Develop technical design documents and implementation artifacts.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and release activities.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards.
Skill Requirements

Strong hands-on experience in:
Salesforce Lightning Platform
Apex Programming
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
SOQL/SOSL
Visualforce
Salesforce Flows
Triggers and Batch Apex

Experience with:
Sales Cloud
Service Cloud
Experience Cloud (preferred)

Robust API Integration experience:
REST APIs
SOAP APIs
Platform Events

Experience with:
Git
CI/CD Pipelines
Salesforce Deployment tools

Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Other Requirements
1.Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Lightning Developer.
