Job responsibilities will be to counsel Patients about clinic treatment protocol and give appointment to patients for Dr.

We are a ayurvedic clinic, and we need to tele caller to explain treatment protocol and give appointment to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Convert leads into appointments through effective follow-ups.
- Explain clinic services and Ayurvedic treatment plans.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and call logs.
- Follow up with existing patients to improve retention.
- Achieve daily/monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Guide junior telecallers and ensure call quality.
- Coordinate with doctors and the front desk for smooth patient management.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rajouri Garden, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

- Technical support: 1 year (Required)
