UI/UX Designer (Figma Motion Design Product UI)

We're looking for a high-performance UI/UX Designer who can create visually exceptional, conversion-focused, and scalable digital experiences. This role goes beyond creating beautiful interfaces—you'll be responsible for designing products that are intuitive, responsive, and easy for developers to implement.

What You'll Do

- Design up-to-date websites, SaaS platforms, dashboards, and mobile applications.
- Build scalable design systems and reusable component libraries.
- Create responsive layouts using advanced Figma Auto Layout.
- Ensure every design stretches and adapts across different screen sizes without breaking layouts.
- Design intuitive user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
- Create interactive prototypes and micro-interactions using Figma and Adobe After Effects.
- Design product dashboards with strong information hierarchy and usability.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Continuously improve existing products through UX thinking and design iterations.
- Use AI tools to speed up research, ideation, asset creation, and workflow automation.
- Maintain consistency across typography, spacing, color systems, components, and accessibility standards.

- Experience designing B2B SaaS products.
- Experience creating CRO-focused landing pages.
- Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, Tailwind, React).
- Familiarity with design tokens and component-based workflows.
- Experience with Lottie animations.
- Basic knowledge of Webflow or Framer.
- Understanding of Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
