Job Summary:

The Network & Desktop Support Executive is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting desktop systems, laptops, printers, and network infrastructure. The role ensures smooth day-to-day IT operations by providing technical support to end users and maintaining network connectivity and security.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, and network-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and connectivity problems.
- Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and business applications.
- Configure and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Create and manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Install antivirus software and ensure endpoint security updates are applied.




- Perform regular system maintenance, software updates, and data backups.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT engineers or vendors when required.
- Support video conferencing systems and email client configuration.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and data protection guidelines.
- Respond to user support requests within defined service levels (SLA).

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or Cisco CCNA are an added advantage.
