Role & Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily machining operations for VMC machines.
- Ensure timely completion of production schedules aligned with customer requirements and dispatch plans.
- Optimize machine utilization and effective manpower deployment across all shifts.
- Monitor and maintain the availability, condition, and performance of cutting tools and fixtures.
- Lead and manage a team of machine operators, setters, and technicians, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Enforce adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and workplace safety protocols.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Proficient in interpreting Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;) and engineering drawings.
- Practical experience with aluminum die-cast components,



particularly in managing tight tolerances and post-machining complexities.
- Strong leadership qualities with a proven ability to coordinate teams and improve shop floor efficiency.
- Familiarity with IATF 16949 quality management systems and automotive industry standards.
- Worked with Makino and BFW and Brother machines previously.
- Willing to work in all three shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
