Key Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and clinical guidelines.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, clinical condition, and response to treatment.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Supervise, mentor, and support junior nurses and nursing assistants.
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control protocols.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and participate in code blue situations.
- Coordinate with doctors, allied health professionals, and other departments to ensure continuity of care.




- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of medications and medical equipment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and accreditation activities.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold ethical and legal standards of nursing practice.
- Assist in orientation and training of newly recruited nursing staff.
- Report clinical incidents, patient safety concerns, and equipment malfunctions promptly.
