Minimum 5+ Years Experience in Manufacturing Industry

Qualification

MBA in HR (Mandatory)

Salary

₹32,000 In-Hand per month

Key Responsibilities

- Manage HR operations for the manufacturing unit
- Handle statutory compliances and labor law requirements
- Maintain and monitor employee attendance through ERP system
- Prepare and process monthly salary and payroll
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Coordinate with management regarding HR policies and employee matters
- Ensure proper discipline and HR processes on the shop floor
- Handle recruitment and onboarding when required




- Maintain leave records and attendance management

Key Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of HR compliances and labor laws
- Experience with ERP-based attendance management
- Hands-on experience in salary processing and payroll management
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Valuable communication and coordination skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in manufacturing industry
- Ability to manage shop-floor HR operations
- Organized and process-oriented approach

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
