Job Profile:

A Data Entry Operator is responsible for entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining company records in computer systems accurately and efficiently. They ensure that data is organized, complete, and easily accessible.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Enter data into computer systems, software, and databases.
- Verify the accuracy of entered data and correct errors.
- Maintain and update records, files, and documents.
- Scan, print, and organize digital and physical documents.
- Prepare reports as required by management.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry tasks.
- Maintain backups of important records.
- Perform basic administrative and office support tasks.
