Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

- Assist the Branch Manager in achieving monthly and annual investment business targets.
- Promote the company's investment products and services to prospective and existing customers.
- Identify and acquire recent customers through field visits, referrals, campaigns, and networking activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, corporate clients, and business partners.
- Conduct investment awareness programs and customer engagement activities to increase business.

Customer Relationship Management

- Provide customers with accurate information regarding investment products, returns, tenure, and company policies.
- Maintain long-term relationships with investors through regular follow-ups and quality service.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Branch Operations

- Support the Branch Manager in managing daily branch operations.
- Ensure timely processing of investment applications and documentation.




- Maintain accurate customer records and investment files.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth processing and customer service.

Team Management

- Supervise and guide Sales Executives, Customer Relationship Executives, and other branch staff.
- Monitor individual performance and provide coaching to improve productivity.
- Assist in training new employees on products, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Promote teamwork and ensure adherence to organizational values.

Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure all customer onboarding processes comply with KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements.
- Verify investment documentation before submission.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable financial regulations.
- Assist during internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

Pay: ₹14,539.47 - ₹48,709.09 per month
