Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customers, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through various channels and convert them into sales.
- Handle customer enquiries and understand their requirements.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers to customers.
- Conduct site visits and provide effective project presentations.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong relationships.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Maintain regular sales reports and customer records.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.





Requirements

- 1–7 years of experience in Sales / Real Estate Sales / Business Development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive and proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Candidates with relevant real estate sales experience are preferred.
