About the Role

Avillion Farms is seeking a creative 3D Interior Designer with a Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design. The role involves producing high‑quality 3D visualizations, assisting in architectural design, and contributing to luxury villa and farmhouse projects in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert sketches and concepts into detailed drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Develop photorealistic 3D renderings and walkthroughs for client presentations.
- Conduct accurate site measurements and prepare digital drawings.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver unified designs.
- Assist in preparing documentation packages for project milestones.
- Research and coordinate materials, finishes, and products for specifications.
- Use Photoshop for post‑production editing of renderings and presentations.
- Apply Adobe Premiere for video walkthroughs and project presentations.

Required Skills

- Robust proficiency in Revit (3D modeling + 2D annotation).
- Knowledge of Google SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Lumion; 3D Walkthrough experience is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD for construction documentation.




- Proficiency in Photoshop for design visualization.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere for video editing.
- Comfort with MS Word and Excel.

Qualifications

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Interior Design.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in an architectural office or related field.
- Experience in residential/villa projects preferred.

Location

Bengaluru, India – Office‑based with site visits.

Work Schedule

6 days working (Monday–Saturday).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
