Job Description Marketing Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and manage offline marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies including print, outdoor, TV, radio, and on-ground promotions
- Plan and manage brand campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, printers, media houses, and vendors
- Manage ATL, BTL, and TTL marketing activities
- Oversee production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, hoardings, banners, and POS materials
- Plan and execute events, exhibitions, trade shows, and activations
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all offline channels
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s/master’s degree in marketing,



Business Administration, Marketing, Operations or a related field

· 5-8years of experience in a marketing leadership role in FMCG or Pharma sector Prefer.

· Solid understanding of consumer behavior, brand management, and market dynamics

· Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

· Experience in launching new products and building brand equity

· Event, Exhibitions, Health campaigns planning & execute.
