Job Summary

The Sales & HR Executive is responsible for supporting business development activities while managing day-to-day HR operations. The role includes lead generation, customer relationship management, sales coordination, recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, HR documentation, and administrative support.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through calls, emails, social media, and field visits.
- Meet prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and customer payments.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Coordinate with the technical team for project execution and service delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Update CRM and maintain accurate sales records.
- Identify current market opportunities and monitor competitor activities.

HR Responsibilities

- Source, screen,



and schedule interviews for candidates.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Track employee attendance, leave, and daily activities.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the Accounts department.
- Assist in performance evaluations and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, maintain confidentiality, and support employee relations.
- Coordinate training programs and staff development initiatives.

Administrative Responsibilities

- Maintain office records and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare reports.
- Support management with daily operational activities.
- Handle vendor and office administration tasks when required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
