Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Office Executive to join the Kove Stays team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests with a warm and skilled attitude.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently.
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.




- Handle guest complaints politely and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing details.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude with a professional appearance.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Salary

- As per company standards and experience.
