Role Overview

We are seeking a UI/UX & Geo-Targeted Microsites Specialist to design, optimize, and manage high-impact digital experiences across Woolgold’s web ecosystem. The role focuses on user-centric design, conversion-led interfaces, and market-specific microsites aligned with brand positioning and performance objectives.

This is a hands-on, execution-driven role requiring solid expertise in UX strategy, interface design, and geo-based digital customization.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and optimize UI/UX flows across Woolgold.com and campaign-specific microsites
- Create and manage geo-targeted microsites and landing pages for different regions and markets
- Enhance user journeys, navigation,



and conversion paths
- Collaborate with marketing, performance, and content teams to align UX with campaign goals and KPIs
- Ensure consistency with brand identity, premium positioning, and usability standards
- Conduct UX audits and deliver actionable design recommendations
- Implement rapid iterations based on performance data and user behavior insights

Candidate Profile

- 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design and microsite development
- Proven experience delivering geo-specific or market-tailored digital experiences
- Strong understanding of conversion optimization, usability principles, and responsive design
- Experience supporting performance marketing and landing-page-driven campaigns
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Webflow, or equivalent
- Ability to work independently in a contract / freelance capacity
