- Experienced in, and passionate about, healthcare administration
- Positively oriented to delivery of patient services; sensitive to patient care
- Leadership abilities and experience coordinating / managing teams in a hospital setting
- Effective communication in Marathi, Hindi and English

Lead and transform the functioning and competence of teams through training and development initiatives (initiate, plan, execute); drive audits, quality assurance, and academic & research activities across all departments of K K Eye Institute.

QUALIFICATIONS

- BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery)
- or BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
- or B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Optometry
- Masters in Healthcare Management will be an added advantage
