We are seeking an Assistant Manager Payroll to own our end-to-end payroll operations for 500 employees. You will manage data inputs, statutory compliance, and reporting using CBO payroll software. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can operate independently while partnering closely with HR teams.

Key Responsibilities

- CBO System Management: Execute the monthly payroll cycle directly within the CBO software architecture.
- Data Verification: Validate timesheets, attendance logs, bonuses, and expense reimbursements.
- Compliance & Tax: Manage all statutory deductions and annual tax
- Finance Reconciliation: Align payroll outputs with general ledger (GL) entries alongside the finance team.
- Employee Support: Resolve escalated payroll, tax, and deduction queries from employees directly.

Requirements & Skills





- Education: Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Human Resources.
- Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience handling corporate payroll for 300+ employees.
- Software Expertise: Hands-on experience navigating and processing payroll through CBO software.
- Excel Skills: Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data reconciliation.
- Core Competencies: Deep knowledge of payroll regulations, tax codes, and data privacy standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
